Gwalia in Frisco now hosts a paani puri stand in the outdoor area. The price is $5.99/plate. Plate offers 8 puris. Let’s talk about the flavors first, there are 6 different paani flavors from spicy to sweet. Frankly it the most closest I found to Mumbai chat paani puri. Most of the paani puri stalls in Dallas are well, let’s be frank owned by Telugu oriented restaurants which I frankly feel don’t have grip on what a freaking paani puri is. So I feel Gwalai’s paani puri stalls offers the best that’s in Dallas. From The price point I thought it’s EXPENSIVE. $5.99 for 8 puris is a tad bit too much. If you ask me , I would say’s $3.99/plate or if it’s $5.99 then atleast serve minimum 10 puris. But go head and try it and let me know what you guys think
